Privacy notice

Last updated: 29 August 2026

This page explains what personal data is collected through this website and through email I send, why it is held, and how to have it removed.

Who is responsible

Korf Digital is the trading name of Anton Tymchuk, an independent sole trader, who is the data controller for the purposes of this notice. Contact: hello@korfdigital.online.

What is collected

No advertising or analytics trackers are used on this website, and no cookies are set for tracking purposes.

Why it is held, and on what basis

How long it is kept

Who else sees it

Data is not sold, rented or shared for anyone else's marketing. Limited technical processors are used to operate the service: a hosting provider for the server, an email provider to send and receive mail, and third-party measurement APIs which receive only the public website address being checked, never your personal details.

The server is located in Germany. I work remotely, so data may be accessed from outside the European Economic Area.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, EEA or UK you have the right to access a copy of your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how it is used, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw consent where consent was the basis. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

To exercise any of these, email hello@korfdigital.online. No particular wording is needed and there is no charge.

Stopping email contact

Reply STOP to any message from me and your address is removed from all outgoing contact immediately and permanently. You do not need to give a reason.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
